	Kai is now Patron to Clic-Sargent and the Llandudno Youth Musical Theatre group.
	Kai will be appearing at The Hub 4 Torchwood convention in Northampton in April 2010 he will also be MC at the event.
	Kai will be running in the Virgin London Marathon on 25th April 2010. Kai ran in the Bristol half marathon on Sunday 6th September for Clic-Sargent recording a personal best time of 2 hours and 6 minutes! so Kai is hoping to beat his time last year of 5 hours 15 minutes. A big thank you to everyone who has sponsored Kai so far.

	Kai attended the SF Ball at Carrington House Hotel in Bournemouth 12-14th February 2010.
	Kai appears in an article in the January 2010 edition of Runner's World magazine. His interview is on the last page and he talks about why he runs, how he started, his routine, why he likes running etc.
	Kai presented a show at an Elvis Exhibition at the Proud Gallery in Chelsea on 23rd November 2009, it was for a show called 'Gofod' for the welsh language channel S4C.
	Kai recorded an episode of Celebrity Ready Steady Cook on Wednesday 26th August, he was up against his Torchwood co-star Tom Price (PC Andy) the episode will air on 8th January 2010.
	Kai attended the toy and collectors' fair in Bitterne Leisure Centre, Southampton on Saturday 12th December 2009.
	Kai appeared at Collectormania London on 28th/29th November the event was at Olympia 2 and was also attended by Torchwood co-stars John Barrowman and Gareth David-Lloyd
	Kai appeared at the 3rd Norwich Sci-fi Collectors' fair on Sunday 1st November 2009.
	Kai appeared in the Welsh speaking Soap 'Pobol y Cwm' on S4C as Craig (a loan shark) which aired in September 2009.
	Kai attended the Wales Comic Con in Wrexham with Gareth David-Lloyd on Sunday 27th September 2009.
	Kai was interviewed on BBC Radio Wales and BBC Radio Bristol on Monday 10th August 2009.
	Kai appeared at a Torchwood signing with Gareth David-Lloyd and Tom Price on Saturday 22nd August 2009 at the TV AND MOVIE STORE Norwich.
	Kai appeared at a Torchwood signing with Gareth David-Lloyd at 'The Stamp Centre' in London on 25th July 2009.
	Torchwood Season 3 aired on in July in the UK and USA. Kai appeared in every episode. The series is available on DVD.
	Kai can be heard in the Torchwood Radio Play called "The Deadline" which aired on BBC Radio 4 on 3rd July 2009 but is still available on iplayer and its due to be released on Audio CD later this year.
	Torchwood series 1 has aired in Germany/Austria on RTL2 channel. The series was dubbed in German.
