Charity work

Kai supports several charities including:

- University of Wales Hospital, Cardiff

- Clic-Sargent (Britain's largest cancer charity for children)

- Harry's Fund (in memory of Harry Patterson)

In 2008 Kai started the Greggs fun run in Cardiff.

Clic-Sargent

In 2009 Kai ran his first London Marathon for Clic-Sargent and then went on to run the Bristol half-marathon later that year. Kai ran his 2nd London Marathon in 2010. Kai became Patron of Clic-Sargent in 2010 and to date he has raised over £8,500.

Clic-Sargent is a charity very close to Kai's heart. Kai's cousin Michaela has had 11 operations for brain tumours and her and her family have been greatly helped by Clic-Sargent.

If you would like to sponsor Kai please go to his Virgin Money giving fundraising site at http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/KaiOwen

Harry's Fund

In 2011 5 year old Harry Patterson was tragically killed in an accident at his home in South Wales. This fund was setup to allow a permanent memorial to be developed for Alltwen for Harry's family and the local community to remember Harry and to support local children and help parents who lose their young children in tragic circumstances. This is a charity very close to Kai's heart as he is a close friend of Harry's father Christian.

If you would like to give to the charity or offer support in any way please go to http://www.harrysfund.org.uk

Thank you!
